Setting up subscriber roles with Kick Bot is a straightforward process. Follow this step-by-step guide to get started:

  1. Invite the bot (if you haven't already): Click here to invite Kick Bot
  2. Get the streamer's link or name:
    • Go to kick.com and find the streamer you want to set up subscriber roles for.
    • Copy the streamer's link (e.g., "https://kick.com/xqc") or just their name (e.g., "xqc").
  3. Use the /subscriber role add command:
    • In your Discord server, use the /subscriber role add command.
    • Paste the link or name you copied into the "streamer" option.
    • Specify the desired channel where the bot should send the message.
    • Select the role that should be given to subscribers.
  4. (Optional) Set a custom message:
    • If you want to customize the message, use the "message" option in the /subscriber role add command.
    • Note: This doesn't allow custom variables!
  5. You're done! The message should be sent immediately.

Note:

Make sure the bot has the required permissions to send messages in the specified channel and to give/manage roles.

How do users get the subscriber role?

The process for users to get the subscriber role is straightforward:

  1. The user subscribes to the streamer on Kick.com.
  2. The user clicks on the button below the message sent by the /subscriber role add command in your Discord server.

That's it! The user will now have the subscriber role in your Discord server.
