Any person or entity ("User" or "you") using or otherwise accessing the app known as "Kick Bot" / "Kick" and/or the sites at *.kickbot.gg/**, *.kick.bot/**, *.stkick.com/** (together the "Site"), or any of the content and/or data available via the Site, must agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement ("Agreement" or "Terms of Service").

"Service" refers to the software application known as "Kick Bot" or "Kick," including any associated services provided through the application or the Site.

"Site" refers to the websites located at *.kickbot.gg/**, *.kick.bot/**, and *.stkick.com/**.

"User" or "you" refers to any person or entity using or accessing the Service or the Site.

By accessing or using the Service or the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kick Bot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:

- Your use or inability to use the Service.

- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

- Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service.

As-Is Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

No Warranty: Kick Bot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kick Bot, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with:

- Your use of the Service.

- Your violation of these Terms of Service.

- Your violation of any rights of another.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated "Effective Date."

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kick Bot regarding the use of the Service.
